Directions:
Apply to weak and achy muscles. For best results apply product after getting out of the shower. Water and heat active the Menthol Crystals for longer lasting pain relief. DO NOT get into eyes or sensitive areas as the product may burn. Use COCONUT OIL to diffuse any skin irritation occurs.
