INGREDIENTS

*We are deeply committed to creating skincare products that are not only effective but also kind to your skin and the environment. Each ingredient we use is carefully selected for its natural purity and potent benefits. Our products are crafted using organic, sustainably sourced ingredients that are free from harmful chemicals, synthetic fragrances, and harmful preservatives.

 

**We believe that what you put on your skin should be as nourishing as what you put in your body.**

STORAGE

*Store in a cool, dark place. Keep out of direct sunlight and heat. Must be stored under 85 degrees. Do not refrigerate.

*Our Creams and Body Butters are very sensitive to heat. If during travel or shipping the products start to separate please stir the product up first, then place in refrigerator for 5-10 minutes for a more solid product. Do NOT leave in the refrigerator for longer as we do not want condensation and water to contaminate the product and spoil.

*Mini Cosmetic Refrigerators are NOT recommended for storage.

*Use all products within One Year after opening. 

CHILDREN USAGE RATE

*For children from the ages of 1-10 use a smaller then a pea size amount and dilute with one teaspoon of oil. This can be Coconut Oil or any Carrier Oil of your choice. Mix together and perform a patch test first. 

HOW TO PERFORM A PATCH TEST FOR ALL AGES

*Apply a peasized amount onto inner arm. Please allow 24 hours for any skin irritation to start if this is the case. After 24 hours you can apply it to any desired area if no reactions occur. 

**Please be advised children of any age under 10 should not use our Pang Balm Pain Relief Aid. The oils used are not recommended or safe for children in their younger years. Also never get this specific product in your eyes. It will cause a burning sensation. If this occurs apply coconut oil to decrease sensitivity. NEVER USE WATER to decrease burning sensations, as it will increase the heat.

PETS

*Cats and Dogs lack a liver enzyme (glucuronyl transferase) that helps break down certain compounds contained in essential oils. As a result, their livers are slower at eliminating these compounds which can lead to toxic build up.This includes diffusing oils and topical use. Cats are far more sensitive then dogs.

 

**NEVER use our products on your pets. It can possibly cause serious allergy reactions and death in extreme cases. 

***Consult your Veterinarian for a detailed breakdown of what essential oils are considered safe for your furry friends if you are looking for a more holistic approach .

CAUTION

*Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not get into eyes and mucous membranes. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult a health care professional prior to use. If product is consumed, seek medical help.

***The statements made by all of our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The efficancy of these products have not been confirmed by FDA- approved research. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. RETURN, EXCHANGE & SHIPPING POLICY

 

**We dont accept returns or exchanges.**

 

Due to the nature of skincare products and our packaging we can not accept returns or exchanges. This is a health and safety concern as all of our products are created in a sterile environment and package, we can not guarantee it will be returned in the same condition. 

 

**Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. We are more then willing to help if we can.**

 

DAMAGED PACKAGES

 

Please contact us in the event if this happens. Any products damaged or broken upon arrival will be replaced. Please send us a photo of the damaged product in package and we will be more then happy to send you out a new order. In special cases we will honor a refund if necessary. 

 

SHIPPING POLICY 

 

If a package with the correct address attached is not delivered within 30 days, please contact us for a replacement. This does not include items marked delivered or items with the incorrect addresses. 

 

If an item is marked delivered and you do not have it, please contact your local USPS store. We are not responsible once the package has been marked delivered. 

 

Items shipped return to sender because of wrong addresses must be returned to us before it is reshipped. Buyer must pay for a new shipping fee. This includes if you have qualified for free shipping.  

 

***Shipping is NON REFUNDABLE at ALL times.***

 

All items include proper labeling of ingredients, directions, caution, proper storage and usage. We are not responsible for any incorrect usage or care. 

 

We do not give refunds or exchanges for items you feel are not for you. Please read all product over views as it gives you a detailed description on each product and its benefits. 

 

**Forced returns will not be refunded.**

 

Please understand all of these products are made with Love and Aloha. It is part of our Kokua ( responsibility ) to ensure you are fully satisfied with each order. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.
